Summer Greenlees, RMT, CYT, CIMI
Tree of Life Yoga and Massage
Summer is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher,
Infant Massage Instructor, and Labor Support Specialist. She is certified in
several forms of bodywork including: myofacial release and deep tissue
massage, Shiatsu, acupressure, Reiki Level III, and advanced training
in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year. Summer attended the Star
Institute for Doula certification and trained as an infant massage instructor
through the International Institute of Infant Massage. Summer began her
yoga practice while pregnant in 1994. She became certified to teach
Hatha yoga, prenatal and postpartum yoga under the guidance of Shannon
Potts-Hickey (Rolling Hills Yoga) in 1997. She became certified in Hatha
Yoga Instruction again in 2001 through The Yoga Institute in Houston,
Texas and a Level II Radiant Child yoga certification. She continues her
study & practice of yoga with internationally recognized instructors.
Summer has experienced first hand the benefits of massage and yoga
during her two pregnancies, natural childbirths, and motherhood.
